how to enable notice for Users Awaiting Moderation
 
i want to enable the notice for COPPA Users Awaiting Moderation,
i mean, when they browse my forum when user is currently in COPPA uergroup,
there is notification on board for him/her.

its look like this

Your account has been submitted for moderation by an administrator and will be activated shortly. You will be notified by email when this happens. To return to the forums, click here.
how to enable this notice? please help. thanks.

In the ... notice manager > Display this notice if... > COPPA Users Awaiting Moderation ... select and save.
