Excessive PM activity and ignore list mods?
 

I've looked through all the mods and hacks and have not found a couple of what I think could be useful mods.

First is a mod to inform a moderator or admin when someone is sending excessive PMs around, which could indicate a spammer. I would imagine being able to set the number of PMs to whatever number a board admin seems valid, and have a post or PM generated when a member exceeds that number. Does anything similar to this exist?

The second thing I've been looking for would be a hack that could tell members who has put them on their ignore list or at least a way for a mod or admin to view this information.

I've looked but come up empty in my search. Or maybe I'm the only one who thinks these would be useful hacks? :confused:

Anyways, if anything like this exists, could someone point me in the right direction?

That ignore mod is exactly what I was looking for. If you could check to see who has a particular member on ignore, it would be perfect but this is really what I was thinking of.

The PM one is close, but I don't want to limit the number of PMs sent, I just want to know who is abusing the PM function so I can keep an eye on them. It's not really a big problem, just something I thought might be useful to have.

Already done. All my new users go into a group with no PM privileges until they have 5 posts then they are promoted to regular user.

I can live without the PM activity monitor. It's not really that important but would have installed it if it existed. I was just wondering if I had missed it during my searches. As I did the Public Ignore List.


EDIT: Actually I took a look at the mod and decided it does it easier and better than the way I had it configured. So... downloaded and installed! :up:
