Anyone using Cleantalk

Has anyone been using Cleantalk to stop spammers? I just noticed it tonight and can't find anyone that has used it. I have had a rash of spam registrations lately and when I google their IP's tons of them show up in cleantalk. They say they have a vbulletin version but wanted to check first.

Dont use the program but you could give it a try see how it goes
