It is nice, clean and organize but the colors and the style are a bit outdated. Not with the current generation look. Have you seen http://thenextweb.com/ design, may be learning few ideas? or see http://www.deviantart.com they have many design ideas =)

I like it. As above, it is nice and clean, but I do agree that it isn't the height of modern and fresh - but there is absolutely nothing wrong with that at all - all the content looks good.

One thing I would change though is the typography. Something a little more 2014 would really make a huge difference!

Compare to these site then my blog has less information so I coundn't do more things on designs..and my blog theme lacks of responsive design for mobile devices, I will make this soon. Can you show me in detail what I should improve on my design to make it moderner ? : D

Thanks for your reviews!

May be you're mentioning about responsive design ?
and which will you recommend for the typography for 2014 ?

The design is clean...for the most part.

I got a bit of "information overload" on your homepage though. I've been a victim of this too; I wanted to put everything my forum offers on the homepage. It was way to crowded so I tried different layouts. Likewise - I'd suggest you tidy the design to a 2 column layout so that the page is not overcrowded with everything your site offers.

Anyway - I think you've done a nice job. The styling is nice, the content is abundant. What more can you ask for? :D

It LOOKS nice enough.

But it loads really slow and needs gobs of optimization work. It's a 1.7 MEGAbyte page?

You're also getting a 404 error for a mis-named or missing image here: blog/wp-content/themes/tvc/images/underheader121.jpg

94% of the pageload is images... Here's a look at those:

All the tiny icons you're scaling are actually much larger in your file system then they need to be, and most all of your jpg images need optimized.

Logo, layouts, content is good and clean but too many clutters on your homepage, you need to organize your content on it, i sure you will succeed. Good job!
