User Stats signature

Hi I am looking for a signature script that will allow a user to display their forum stats on an image
I have sen them around and im not quite sure how to create such a script.
I just want it to display simple info like: username, user title, number of posts
ex: www.mysite.org/forum/usertag.php?myusername

Not exactly sure what it is, do you have a link to a site that has this so it can be viewed?
