Why would you need to edit multiple templates? The only down side I think is that a number format might be used on $post[reputation]

Well, I still need a way for the postbit to know which image to display, maybe there is a way to put people in usergroupbased on rep level? Then do a if-usergroup to display the right graphic?

Via usergroup seems like the way way long way around to accomplish this though.

So you want to show a image, based on reputation, in addition to the default green pips?

Well I would rather leave the green blips part alone and have a separate icon, but if the easiest way it's too edit the blip stuff, then I will do that. But I don't plan to use both at the same time at the moment.

the final answer to this thread is: not worth the trouble, use a credits/currency/points mod instead

i just found a much better solution by using this mod and just editing its templates.
