HELP - signature problem
 

Hi,

I have since learned that in recent days some threads of my vbulletin forum signature is not shown, and some again are you? What is the problem with this because there have not been.

signature have evryday worked butt not in soms threads i see it en soms threads not?

Above you mention articles and then mention threads which one is it?

Ok, is it easily reproduce-able? Is there a pattern to the signatures not showing, ie: same user, people in the same usergroups, posts in the same forums?

Previously, the signature in every post just to see, but now I see some you can see the signature but some do not again.

That still does not answer the questions, I'll rephrase them.

1) Is it easily reproduce-able?
2) Does it happen to the same users, or is it random?
3) Are the users it is happening to in the same usergroup?
4) Does this happen in certain forums, or is it every forum?
5) Do you have any mods installed that deal with the signature?

1-yes
2-it is random
3-only admin users
4- in every forum
5yes- Thumbs Up/Down module butt i have removed it butt still same problem.

Do you have a English option available on your site, for users to view in English or Dutch?

If so, you can PM me a admin account, and a link to the forum where this is happening, and I can take a look for you.

Seems the issue was that the posts in question were made before the user actually had a signature.
