So it must be a cron script right?

however I manually run them all then check the logs after each one is run but the error is not listed??

It looks like it might be a plugin using hook cron_complete, so I'd look at your products and plugins. I guess that hook doesn't run when you manually run a job.

Only found one hook and I have disabled that hook to see if it stops :)
