Is this breadcrumbs? If so, how to close the gap?

I would like very much to close the gap as shown in the attachment.

I thought it was in the stylevars/breadcrumbs, but where to change the height?

When I DID change the height in breadcrumbs it made the threads higher, and not my forumhome which is not exactly what I want.

I just need a little more closure between my notifications message and the navbar.

If someone would shove me in the right direction I would be grateful.

Add this css to the bottom of "forumhome.css" template. This removes the breadcrumbs from forum home.
