fatal error in my forum
 
I have a serious problem on my forum, anyone can start assignment, nor as admin I accept the password, first try this message appears to me ...

Wrong user name or wrong password.You used all attempts allowed login! You have to wait 15 minutes before trying again. Do not forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgot your password?Click here!

How I can fix it?

Have you installed any new plugins just as this was happening. You could disable plugins from the config then see if you can login
