[Help]Static Navbar (using Bootstrap?)
 

Hey there,

So earlier i was looking at my forums and i thought about hiding this area here

and moving all of it onto one static navbar that stays at the top of the page no matter where you scroll, i was going to use bootstrap to do this but i was unsure how to do effectily manage notifications (Such as PM's and such).

I've got this basic idea of where it should go in the header template i was just wondering wether anybody else on here had done this and could point me in the right direction.
