VPS Upgrade Help
 
I am looking to load a fresh copy of VB version 4.x on my Hosted VPS server but CPanel and I believe Parallels needs to be upgrade. I am looking for someone who can help me upgrade and get vb running on my VPS, I can pay but on a low budget. Doesn't seem to be much work if you know what your doing. Some tweaking and performance tweaks will be needed.

Only VPS experience only, please PM me if your interested with details.
