how to convert vb3 mod to vb4?

i got custom mod that i want to convert from 3 to 4

and there is no same mod here

so i'll convert it myself i have some knowledge about programming

but i don't know the right steps to do that

You would need to change the HTML, PHP and CSS, in most situations.

If you don't understand all of that, then you may need to hire someone to do it for you. Which mod is it you are looking to convert?
