CSS only working on FireFox
 

I've built a function to allow cards to be popped up using bbcode.
After initiating the javascript and CSS necessary, it seems that only Firefox is working the way expected.

In the header, I placed the following:
{vb:js js/service1.js, js/bootstrap.js, js/service3.js, js/service4.js}
{vb:cssExtra css_bootstrap.css}

(I uploaded service1, bootstrap, service3, service4, and css_bootstrap to the correct locations)

Any idea why it will only work on firefox?

I don't see anything related to that code in the calls at all. Is firefox logged in, and your other browsers logged out?
