How to clear all the blog articles and all the forum posts?

I notice a lot of spam blog articles and forum postings. I want to clear all of them and start over the forum again. How to do that?

Download config.php from ftp then delete all files then reupload new files replace config make sure you delete config.php.new first then install forums again it will ask you to delete the old db first. You can go that way or just delete all posts
