It's hard to believe no one has come up with a BBCode for instagram?

I want to set a bb code for Instagram or a plugin like pinterest.. can someone help?

Thats for pinterest i need for Instagram. That the user can upload from the forum pictures to Instagram. Why there is not a mod yet thet can connect to with instagram end vbulletin..

I suppose if more people start asking for it someone will take the time to do it.

I have that more people asked butt nobody make it for vbulletin to bad :(

I hate it to butt its good to connect to with vbulletin for more users en views. I wait for it if someone post it for vbulletin 4.2.x :up: :D

I did this a bit ago, instagram has an API, a full bbcode could be written, but that is outside of my time available. This is for the custom bbcode system.

The tag should be ig (or whatever you want really)

Here is the html that goes into the bbcode box

So, if a url was

http://instagram.com/p/123abc456fg

You'd need to take the end part of that url, and put it between the [ig] tags

so [ig]123abc456fg[/ig]

Should work. If you wanted the full url http://instagram.com/p/123abc456fg parsed inside of the [ig] tags that would take more time and effort to write a bbcode class/etc.

Ok but that is not bbcode. bbcode is for posting to your own site. You want the opposite which is to share your content with Instagram.

use "addthis" included in this mod by BirdofPrey, addthis has the instagram share.
