Problem in the form of link
I have a problem in the link, all the links have been added, such as URL:
http://www.alshamelnet.com/www.alshamelnet.com
And links that are within the content of external sites be like:
http://www.alshamelnet.com/http//www...article/517771
I want to know why add a link domain in front of all external links and resolved and thank you for your support to me.

In admicp under settings section click options then find Site Name / URL / Contact Details in there the 2nd one down forum url what do you have in there also in your ftp check to see if you have a .htaccess file in your root
