How can I make a "New Posts" list like this

As you can see here http://www.englishforum.ch/search.php?do=getnew

The "New Posts" list contains the titles of recently updated threads listed in the order in which they were last updated, along with page numbers after them where this is required. There is also some more info. How can I recreate this in a VB5 search box?
