Error with global.php

I am having a problem with my site. Every couple of days it will go down with an error in the global.php file. If I re-upload the global.php file the site starts working fine again for a few days.

I have download the Global.php from my site that has the error and found that there is a bunch of random charters that has been added on the first line. It doubles the size of the file

Does anyone know how to stop this from continually happening? or have any suggestions.
This is a very small site for a local car club, less than 100 users

Thank you,
Dustin Winkle

What is the error you get?
What is it that shows up in the global.php file?
Have you tried disabling all your plugins and see if the issue still happens?

Try @Ozzy47 approach first. If that does not work, cut and paste the random character portion of the script to a text file and attach it to a post so we can take a look at it.

Thank you. There are no plugins on the site.

I attached a text file from the global.php file

Here is the error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ty() (previously declared in /home/valley59/public_html/forum/login.php(1) : eval()'d code(2) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code:1) in /home/valley59/public_html/forum/global.php(1) : eval()'d code(2) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code on line 1
