Hello guys, I'm stuck on how to make the width of the forum so i can add stuff like this.

Let me know how to edit the width for my forum.

I dont want the theme like this, I am making a battlefield only clan and would like help with a design if any one can help for free.

What is your width set to now?

It looks like the pagewidth is set to 990px

How did you determine that?

Are you looking to have a larger minimum width?

You can't "add stuff like this". You have two attachments. One shows left site, one shows right side. The site you got that from does not have a left side and right side. It is a single image set as the background with an empty area to allow for the content to be placed in the center of.

Back to my other question: What is your width set to now? Or, do you know? If not, then you would have to provide a link to your site so someone can tell you what you need to do.

No sorry, I would like to get a design like that on my site, Battlefield themed.

Your style's width needs to be set to 1000 pixels. Do that and I'll tell ya whats next.
