Announcement on the main page -
I am meaning that its write a link of the name of the Announcement that published in forum Announcements ,
Under the name following will appear under the title - Views , Write By , Published before (3 weeks) , Last post in the Announcement was by (Example : David).

The Last Announcement that was published in Announcements forum will show , and another Announcement wil not show.
