is there another donating system that does not use paypal and is world wide accepted

paypal is going crazy and think they own the world
they freeze accounts they freeze, transactions, they refund and all this without consulting

i can not amagine that my normal bank would do something like that it would be a nightmare

Sorry to hear your having issues with them, I have been using them for years now, and never had any such issues with them.

the problem with those guys is when they get a complaint they act on complaintiff side and not on the side of the account holder

and that is a bad thing

now somebody say we do illegal stuff on our forum and yes paypal freezes the account for donations idiots

so if anyone knows something to replace this paypal thing it would be very very welcome
