change forum column position

hi.. my original vb4 forum looks like this :

may i know how do i change the last post to the middle and the replies/view to 2 seperate column in the last column ?

thanks for this MOD..
but i tried to edit emplate threadbit... then it turn out the MOD_security do not allow me to edit the files... can anyone help ?

i only able to paste the first set of codes onto template additional.css.
step 2 and 3 unable to proceed

Did some research. Correct me if I'm wrong but it is a firewall based on rulesets that the webhost can install on demand of the client.

Have you tried contacting your webhost and asked him about the rulesets?
Or mayby ask to disable it temporary to do the edits unless you can disable it from your cpanel?
