vb.org Archive - img bbcode stopped working

I don't know what happened, I haven't made any changes to my forum backend or installed any plugins recently.

using the attach image bbcode, instead of displaying the actual image inline the post it shows just the link to the image directly.

Example:

http://www.talkjesus.com/sermons/475...ur-hearts.html

When I click the image toolbar icon, it inserts the code as:

HTML Code:

[ATTACH]1689[/ATTACH]

Replicated in IE and Firefox.

The forum permission has IMG enabled too and enabled globally as well in settings.

What did I do wrong or what would cause this? Used to work just fine before.

Running 4.2x

View Attached Images Inline > set to yes, thumbnail
Advanced Insert Image Popup - Enable > enabled
