Mod To Add Pre Made Tags To New Thread

Is there a mod available for adding pre made tags to a new thread?

So when your on the newthread.php page you can see a list of tags set for that forum & if you click them they get added to the thread.

It's so all relevant threads can be tagged to one word, instead of various was of spelling.
