Add Safari smart banners

This mod just adds the ability to put the meta tag for apple safari smart banners into the header of the pages, this will then link to a banner if you surf on the site as a mobile device (iPhone, iPad) and you have also linked the mobile connect app to your forum.

For installation.

Install this product, then go to settings and in the smart banner settings ad a value like

<meta name="apple-itunes-app" content="app-id=778663046" />
