Posting in Hatchery
 

Hey guys, I was gonna post a thread in the Hatchery but didn't have permission. Can I request access or what is something to do with that security breach before? Thanks

Only Coders and Designers are allowed to create new threads in The Hatchery.

Ok so what would it take to be considered a coder an designer? Or is there another place I can post instead?

What is it you are wanting to post? A question on a new mod, or a idea?

Coder or designer status is automatically granted when you've released a certain number of modifications or styles with a certain number of installs in total. I'm not sure the exact values.

ozzy47 I'm gonna have to message you about the product I'm working on. I'm building a automotive garage showcase built off Christeris's classified addon. Now I see he gave you all rights to his stuff an he seems to have disappeared. Don't know what the ethics are on modifying code an releasing it, but it's gonna still have enough of his code to ask you what I can do.

The Hatchery was an idea of the previous Administrator (Marco).

Im personally not convinced its really that useful (as compared to simply discussing ideas in other existing forums) and the fact that after 4.5 years it only has 31 topics also seems to suggest its not really been a very sucessfull idea.
