Is there an article or instructions on how to exactly install mods onto your website?

It will vary from mod to mod, if they don't provide instructions in the mod's thread or in a readme, ask in the thread.

Hello and thanks for the reply. My question is more for the newbie such as myself who has always depended on paying other people to install mods on my server for me. I was just wondering if there was documentation for when it says to install to your forums root and such it tells you exactly how to install to your forums root and such?
