Having Issuse Fatal Error

I am not sure why I can't post in the forums at vbulletin.com but maybe some one can help me here.

One of my members had informed me that he is showing up Banned, when I went to check out his profile this is what I get.

Not sure what its all about I don't see him in the Banned usergroup

Does the same thing happen with all your mods disabled?

I didn't check but I looked at his profile in the admincp and I think it has some thing to do with the Spam-O-Matic, he would of just been move out of the Newbies usergroup and in to the trusted group but when I looked at his profile his primary usergroup is Administrators not sure how, so I looked at the Spam-O-Matic settings and the trusted usergroup is set to usergroup 9
I don't see a usergroup ID 9 but I just set it to 2

But still not sure how it put him in the admin usergroup he is not in the admin usergroup ID 6, I looked and yeah he is not in there.

Strange, I would find out what mod it was, and find out if Spam-O-Matic out any other users in the Admin group.

I think I fixed it does not seem to be any one else that got their 10 post in since I enabled the Spam-O-Matic all the other new members are still in the Newbies usergroup, but the only way to be sure is a test I will make a test account and post 10 times and see what happens

Yeah that would be ideal. :)

Ok the test worked every thing is cool :) I should of did that test back when I enabled the Mod my mistake
