how to downgrade vBulletin 4.2.2 to 4.2.1 ... is that possible ? plz help me

and next help same error after upgrade

edit style manager main css error ( Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/admincp/css.php on line 451 )

plz help how slove my problem thank you

You don't, and main css should have never worked in 4.x. So that would be a silly reason to downgrade.

Actually, there were no database changes between 4.2.1 and 4.2.2, so you could just put the 4.2.1 files back up and the site should run. However, you will still get that error in the Main CSS panel because it has been there forever (that settings page is obsolete).

Run the upgrade once you upload the 4.2.1 i found i had to do this myself once
