Completely disable Who Read a Thread on some forums

If "Enable Who Read a Thread" = No and you want to kill the unnecessary queries, how do you do that without listing the forum IDs for every forum on your site?

OK. What confused me was what you said in the OP above:

This feature is different with "Display Who Read List" setting on editing a forum, which is just showing / hiding the list but actually vbulletin still save the "Who Read" data to the database.
So with this hack, you can reduce more queries on your forum if you decide to disable "Who Read a Thread" on some forums.
I thought you were implying that even with that setting off the database queries were occurring.
