Helping finding a plugin
 

I am trying to find the plugin which notifies users when a moderator has edited their post, like VIA PM. I have used it in the past and forgot the name of it, I am on 3.8

I've only seen one thing like that and it's in the Modification Graveyard: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=115677

With that said, it didn't notify just when the post was edited. Maybe someone else can think of another 3.x mod that does this. The only other one I can think of that even comes close to that is a quote notification mod.
