how to install blog and cms on my forum ?
i am using vbulletin 4.2.1
and from where to download
i have to ugrade my vbulletin ?
or what to do ?

It should be in the zip file you get from vB.com, if you purchased the suite version, or the vB5 license. If you originally purchased the forum only version, you do not have those options. You would have to purchase a new license, or upgrade your existing license.
