Need help about vbulletin
 
Hello sir if i upload my complete backup in cpanel so then i install vbulletin again or not ?

Please be more specific on what you are asking.

If you download a full backup of your database can you install a full site off of it?

Just copy the source vbulletin files to your server, that is it. Make sure you upload the correct version that matches your database. No install, no upgrade.

I restore my backup . No need to upload vbulletin again only need backup
