Need help with this google error

There is some error in google webmaster tools and i have no idea why its coming

My forum is on forum.mysite domain but i in webmaster took 2 domains is showing 1) mysite.com and other forum.mysite.com

Error is showing on forum.mysite.com , Please see screenshot. I am assuming this is related to subdomain or something.

1 from outside , other when i click on details.
