Many Issues Caused by Hackers

After being hacked about 6 times, having to break back in,. I found the aforementioned c99madshell.php Some of the functionality of the site has been hurt. Even after upgrading.
I disabled all plugins but the c99madshell garbage still exists there

Cannot access the MySQL Gives an error that follows
phpMyAdmin - Error

Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.

I cannot upload any files or pictures

The link when you login is gone, gives an error.
Link from the Admin CP AND the banner are gone, probably redirected by the hacker, and once removed is now blank.

If you want, go to the site, and click on the banner Image, you will see it just goes no where.

Any help appreciated

Looks like you need someone to login to your site and help you with this post in unpaid or paid section would be your best option but first try post 3

The following guides and best practices should get you up and running again. Be thorough when using them, and sorry you were hacked.

Then please read the following two blog posts:

Thanks gentlemen, I will attempt these. If not, I may have to hire a gunfighter to go in and clean up Tombstone lol

It works, but do not take shortcuts or you will just waste your time. Backup between steps if you can. :)

Copy that, thank you
