vB3 default - 4.2 [SKINION]

I think what you're looking for really is just the default vBulletin 3 skin.

From my personal experience, I haven't seen any vB4 skins that look similar to this (other than just the colors, peugeot posted that already). I'd be interested to see if anyone can find any.

The ugliness of vB4 "web 2.0" crap rears its ugly head again! That Green Ale Yun is right, what you want and what you're asking for is pretty much the vB3 standard look. There's nothing super custom about the FORUMHOME page here at vB dot org. It's just a fine example of a software package that once was great.
