Thread Weight? 4.x

Is there a way to weight the threads in 4.x? I want to put sticky threads in a certain order. When I stick them, they go where they want to go. If I unstick the ones I dont want first, then restick them, they go back to again where they want to go. I want to be able to put them in a certain order. Is there a mod or a way to do this? Thanks!

You can use this mod, https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=241481
to change the dates of the threads, so the ones you want on top, set them to a newer date.
