Display Goear playlist above Forum, Blong and Stream buttons?

I have my goear playlist code and I inserted it in header templates, at the end and now it looks like the picture I attached.

Where should I put the code so it is displayed under Foro,Que hay nuevo? and Blogs as it is shown in the picture.
