prefetch next page

I would like to have my next page prefetched when users are reading a topic.

This can be done by using the <link> command in headerinclude.
But I cant get the threadid and nextpage variables in the header properly.

Someone any idea how to do this?

never mind...got it working....very dirty but it works.
maybe someone can convert the code to some proper code (gpc) etc.
