This is a vb3 forum? There should be a Save button on the bottom of the Main CSS page.

If you have a vB4 forum and you are looking at the "Main CSS" feature in the Style Manager it no longer does anything. I don't know why it has not been removed.

All the CSS is now in various css templates

Moved to vB4 forum. (I checked and nobody had moved this thread before I just did.)

As stated, Main CSS no longer works in vB4 (doesn't it have a message at the top saying that?). You need to add CSS to the additional_css.css template.

Add your CSS to the "additional.css" template. :)

Do you want to add an H1 tag, or add to an H1 tag? Because those are two very different things. An H1 tag is not CSS, it's HTML code that can be styled with CSS. I believe vB4 already uses H1 tags for for the uppermost thread title, and H2 tags for the lower one, within the thread. Maybe a mock-up image if what you're trying to do might be helpful.
