Listing people with admin privledges

I need a way to list all the users (hackers) who have written themselves admin privileges.
I have just taken this forum over and have already removed two users that had admin rights, yet are not listed on the forum leaders page.
I have looked in every place I can think of to find these users but to no avail I can't seem to find a way to get a list, so I can remove them.
Any ideas?

ACP --> Usergroups --> Usergroup Manager

You should see the admin group listed with primary and additional users, in the dropdown to the right, choose one of the options to list those users.

Thank you very much. As you can see I'm a big newb at this.
Thanks to you I was able to get rid of several hackers that had created themselves admin privileges.
They had created a secondary admin grouping, so for those who read this will know to look for user griups they did not add themselves.

If the site was hacked, follow the links below, and go through them thoroughly.

First you need to follow the vB advisory about deleting the install folder completely off your server.

Then please read the following two blog posts and follow the directions and procedures within, to the letter:

It was hacked about two weeks before i took over. Fortunately I had already downloaded a clean copy of the server files. I used the cleaned server files at the new hosting service, after I scanned them with my anti-virus and malware scanner.

When I received the copy of the database, I also scanned it as did the new host when I uploaded it.

I just did a web scan of my site to make sure it was clean of malware, and I have been going through the links you posted already and fixing things that should have been done by the original owner. It passed the web scan with flying colors.

My new trouble is now getting off of googles blacklist.
