Forum reverts back to default when cache cleared
 
I set a new style skin as default. WHich is where I want it to stay. Whenever I clear the cache instead of staying in the default position it reverts back to silver. So if it is set to default, I am assuming it is not showing up as the default I set it to for anyone who would clear their cache. How do I correct this so it doesnt revert back to default when someone clears their cache?

New skin is set to default. Allow users to change skin. Thought about that and thinking I need to set it to fixed.
