4.2.2 Register Link Fail ?

Finally got the install working. Got a weird register.php link issue.

The NORMAL registration link -- which is //www.mysite.com/register.php works great. It's the //www.mysite.com/register.php? that fails with a 403 forbidden.

Any thoughts -- any way I can just edit that link and strip out the ? at the end ???

Mine has the ? on it and the picture above is not the register.php

Something is just weird about it. Im not sure why that register link in the picture has an added ? to it (when hovering or clicking over it) which causes it to re route incorrectly.

What do you have set for your default page in the Navigation Manager? And are only some usergroups allowed to view that page?
