How to shorten Postbit Legacy?

the screen cap on left is vb4.2.1 on the right vb3.8.7....how can I shorten the postbit in 4.2.1 info so it is pushed down beyond sig border creating a shorter post?

But from the looks of it, it can't be reduced to much, due to the signature height.
