Need someone to apply a skin to our site
 

Dear vBulletin.org,

I have asked our webdesigner to create a design for our vBulletin (version 4.x) and he has created the PSD. We are looking for someone who is experienced enough to take the PSD file and cut it up and apply it to our forum.

Willing to pay.
