Mod Control Panel not showing for Moderators

Hello, for some reason the Mod Control Panel is not showing up for the Forum Moderators.

So far it worked perfectly and moderators had their mod control panel, but for some reason it is gone.

Administrators can see the Mod control panel.

Moderators simply do not have access/the rights to go to the moderator cp.

I am running vBulletin 4.2.1

Do I have to upgrade to v 4.2.2 ?

Are the moderators all in the primary usergroup Moderators (id 7) or Super Moderators (id 5)?

Primary ID 7

I have made a new account just to test it and put myself into the moderator group and it showed me nothing about the mod CP

Are each of the mods set to be moderator of at least one forum? If not they will not see the link to the modcp.

Moderators will see the link if they are a moderator of at least one forum.

Yes, they are Moderator of a forum and they are moderators of a sub-forum.

And if only super mods are allowed to see the mod panel then why were normal mods able to see it 1 day before this?

If they go directly to the URL for the modcp, can they see it then?

The modcp is fairly useless, and the link was removed for users who are not super moderators (permissions).

IF they go into an area that needs the modcp they'll be linked there directly. Otherwise they don't really need modcp access.

They can see the log in menu but they can not log in.
