installer error

i have installer vbulletin 4 at my pc , and than install folder vbulletin I remove from my pc ,
but if I move from the new server, vbulletin always read http://localhost/vbulletin/install/install.php , why always redirect this link ?

please help me now :(

It sounds like your config.php file doesn't have the correct information in it to point to the new database and so it wants to start over with an install again.
