Help with error log in cpanel

I see a lot of lines listed on the error log in my cpanel Can someone explain what they mean and if its something I need to address, if so how so. Looks like this https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2013/10/26.png
This one here is the one I see most and would love to know how to make it go away. lol

EDIT: Actually item 17 is giving the 404 due to a stray ) in the filename called for, after the .jpg.

The path is valid and I have access to it, so if the file is really there: then it is damaged.

You might try editing the name 'navtab.png' as I have seen this web author use high order bits in their names before. This results in a 404 error.
