Installing Glow Host Stop Forum Spam
 

:confused:Hello All,

Well, I'm having a problem comprehending things...I've downloaded the Stop Forum Spam Mod........but that's where it ends !! I downloaded it using Win Rar, and there's two separate things after:

(1) Upload

(2) Read me text document



I may not be the brightest of the bunch, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume I'm supposed to upload one, and read the other....but when I click on upload it shows 2 individual folders:

(1) admincp >>>>(glowhostspamomatic.php)

(2) includes >>>> (1)xml
(2)functions_ghsom.php



So anyways, I go to the FTP and upload the whole folder, but when I go to the add plug in manager I can't click on the whole folder and it shows the individual folders instead, so I'm obviously not comprehending something........


Please help cause I've previously downloaded another Mod, and Vbulletin sends me emails saying "Rate it", and I can't cause apparently I'm not intelligent enough (YET) to figure it out !!

give me a pm will install it for you and show u how over skype so you know were you went wrong and how to install other plugins in the future

Questions/Problems regarding modifications/styles need to be asked in the modification/style thread. That is where the support for modification/style is - not out here in the main forums. Please note that if a modification/style is unsupported (or even if it says it is supported), you may be on your own if you chose to install it.

All I know is that I do in fact have Vbulletin Phone Support and your people told me they couldn't give me any kinda help.....so I came here................and apparently posted in the wrong section.....but I sure didn't wake up and say "Hey, I'm gonna go post in the wrong section."
